If you are outside the UK, contact me and i can calculate shipping costs. I will use either Royal Mail tracked or Parcelforce tracked. Orders within the UK are normally delivered 2-3 working days after dispatch. Deliveries to other parts of the world will take a little longer.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees levied outside of the UK.
For prints please allow 10 working days from point of order to delivery.
I will keep you up to date on the progress of your order by sending you an email to let you know when it has been dispatched.

Returns
I hope you will love the piece of art that you have chosen. If however, you do change your mind, please email me at kellymccluskey@gmail.com within 14 days to discuss arrangements to return the art to me in its original state for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning artwork via a reputable, tracked delivery method.
I am sorry that I cannot accept returns of prints or returns of any original art from outside the UK at this time.
I pack artwork very carefully to avoid any mishaps in transit. However, if your painting or print arrives damaged, please take a clear photograph of the damaged packaging AND damage to the art itself and email me within 7 days.
A note about colour…
Please be aware that although I have taken great care to present my artwork in a way that accurately shows the colours, viewing on different screens and devices, there may be a slight difference in the actual artwork and the online photograph.
