I will dispatch your painting(s) within 3- 7 working days.

I ship worldwide and use either Royal Mail tracked or Parcelforce tracked.

Delivery charges for worldwide will be calculated at checkout. Orders within the UK are normally delivered 2-3 working days after dispatch. Deliveries to other parts of the world will take a little longer.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees levied outside of the UK.

Returns

I hope you will love the piece of art that you have chosen. If however, you do change your mind, please email me at kellymccluskey@gmail.com within 10 days to discuss arrangements to return the art to me in its original state for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning artwork via a reputable, tracked delivery method.

I pack artwork very carefully to avoid any mishaps in transit. However, if your painting or print arrives damaged, please take a clear photograph of the damaged packaging AND damage to the art itself and email me within 7 days.
