Inspired by the diverse landscape of California, i created this series in response to various travels to California, from my first visit as a 21 year old and now as a family spending summers there, my love for this place has never diminished. The endless skies that shift with hues of blue, pink and gold, to the vast open roads that stretch towards the horizon, Californias scenery is a tapestry of contrasts. The resilient Cacti and rich plant life of the deserts, thriving despite harsh conditions, became symbolic of the beauty and strength i wanted to express.
